Client: Destined For Greatness
Challenge: To write two thank you letters for Donations. One to donors, the other to the news stations that chose to do a story and brought light to a recent formula recall, bringing in donors.
The Goal: Destined For Greatness wanted to properly thank the news station for choosing to include DFG in this important story. They received more donations than they even imagined. They also wanted to send a formal ‘thank you’ to their donors, whom they are incredibly grateful for.
Solution: Shadora was so grateful for these donations and the news station for showing up to do this story. She wanted them to understand what she felt it in her heart, as it was much more than being grateful. Having strangers show up and help support babies they didn’t know brought her to her knees. These people have a special place in her heart and she wanted to express that. The language I chose matched Shadora’s tone/voice of: caring, passionate, and trustworthy.
